| 3/4 c. chopped rhubarb |
| 3/4 c. chopped strawberries |
| 1 1/2 c. sugar |
| 3/4 c. apple cider and/or white wine vinegar |
| 3/4 c. balsamic vinegar |
Combine rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, and 1/2 c. water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until the rhubarb falls apart into strands. Cool, and combine with vinegar.
Use in cocktails, or mixed with 3 parts seltzer/soda water.
