| 1 medium onion, chopped |
| 1/4 c. plus 2 T. soy sauce |
| 1 T. sugar |
| 3 T. sherry |
| 3 T. vegetable oil |
| 1/4 t. ground ginger |
| dash red pepper |
| 6 skinless chicken breast halves |
| 1 1/2 t. sesame seeds |
Combine onion, soy sauce, sugar, sherry, oil, ginger, and red pepper; stir well. Place chicken, meat side down, in lightly greased 13x9 baking dish; pour sauce mixture over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Turn chicken, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered, an additional 10 minutes or until done.
