| 5 c. potato slices |
| 2 T. flour |
| 1 t. salt |
| dash pepper |
| 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed |
| 3/4 c. milk |
| 1/4 c. chopped green onion |
| 1/4 c. chopped onion |
| 2 T. pimiento strips |
Coat potatoes with combined flour and seasonings. Place in 11x7 baking dish. Heat cheese and milk over low heat; add green pepper, onion, and pimiento. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until potatoes are done.
Serves 4 to 6.
