| 2-3 lb. boneless chicken |
| 1 c. sour cream |
| 1 can cream of chicken soup |
| 2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs |
| 1 stick butter or margarine, melted |
| 1 T. poppy seeds |
Par-broil or microwave chicken to cook, then cut into bite-size pieces. Layer in a 9x13 greased pan. Mix sour cream and soup together; spread over chicken. Mix cracker crumbs, melted butter, and poppyseeds together; spread over the soup mixture. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
