| 1/2 c. butter |
| 16 oz. crunchy peanut butter |
| 1 lb. powdered sugar |
| 3 1/2 c. rice krispies |
| 48 oz. milk chocolate chips |
Melt butter, then blend in peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix in rice crispies with your hands. Take a spoonful, squeeze, then roll into a ball.
Melt chocolate chips, ideally in a double-boiler. Dip balls to coat, let set in refrigerator on waxed paper.
Makes 5 dozen.
