| 1 c. flour |
| 1 T. baking powder |
| 1 T. sugar |
| 1/4 t. salt |
| 1/4 t. cinnamon |
| 1/4 t. vanilla |
| 1 egg, beaten |
| 1 c. milk |
| 2 T. butter, melted |
In a medium bowl, stir together egg, milk, and butter. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; whisk until smooth. Pour 1/4 c. batter for each pancake on hot, oiled griddle at medium-low to medium heat. Turn when golden brown. Serve hot.
