1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/4 t. hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a 10" pie plate. In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned; drain off excess fat. Stir in seasoning mix and spread mixture in pie plate. Sprinkle chiles and cheese over beef. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth about 20 seconds in blender or 90 seconds with hand beater. Pour egg mixture gently over mixture in pie plate. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
