| 1/3 c. vegetable oil |
| 2 T. wine vinegar |
| 2 T. thinly-sliced onion |
| 2 T. chopped fresh parsley |
| 1/2 t. salt |
| 1/4 t. dried whole marjoram |
| 1/8 t. pepper |
| 3 medium tomatoes, peeled and quartered |
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour over tomatoes; cover and marinate 6 to 8 hours.
