| 4 c. hot cooked rice |
| 1/2 c. roasted peanuts, chopped |
| 1/4 c. butter |
| 1/4 c. honey |
| 1 t. ground cinnamon |
| 3/4 t. ground ginger |
| parsley, chopped (optional) |
Combine rice and peanuts; set aside and keep warm. Combine butter and honey in saucepan; cook over low heat just until butter melts. Stir in spices; pour over rice mixture, stirring well. Sprinkle with parsley.
