| 10 medium carrots, scraped and cut into 1" diagonal slices |
| 3/4 c. water |
| 3 T. butter |
| 2 T. honey |
| 1/2 t. ground ginger |
| 2 t. sesame seeds, toasted |
Combine carrots and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well. Stir in butter, honey, and ginger. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Cook about 3 minutes or until thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
