| 7 c. thinly sliced cucumber |
| 1 large onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings |
| 1 1/2 c. water |
| 1 1/2 c. vinegar |
| 1 1/2 c. sugar |
| 3/4 t. celery seeds |
| 1/2 t. garlic salt |
| 1/2 t. onion salt |
| 1/2 t. celery salt |
Layer sliced cucumber and onion in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour marinade over cucumber. Cover and chill at least two hours. Use slotted spoon to serve.
