Creamy Pecan Fudge

36 oz. semisweet chocolate morsels
7 oz. marshmallow creme
1 c. butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
13 oz. evaporated milk
3 to 4 c. chopped pecans

Combine chocolate morsels, marshmallow creme, and butter in large bowl. Set aside. Combine sugar and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan; bring to boil, reduce heat, and cook over low heat for 9 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over chocolate morsel mixture; stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Add pecans; stir until well blended. Spread mixture in lightly buttered 15x10 jellyroll pan. Chill until firm; cut into squares. Cover and store in refrigerator
