| 16 oz. light cream cheese |
| 4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese |
| 1 small onion, finely chopped |
| 1 sweet red pepper, chopped |
| juice of 1 fresh lemon |
| medium-hot red chili powder |
| chopped walnut |
Blend cheeses together and add vegetables and lemon juice. Make one large ball or three small balls and roll first in the red chile and then in the chopped walnuts. Chill.
