Carrot-Ambrosia Salad

1 lb. carrots, peeled and shredded
8 oz. sour cream
20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. golden raisins
2 T. honey
3/4 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine all ingredients, tossing well. Chill.

Serves 6 to 8.
