| 1 1/2 c. flour |
| 1 t. baking soda |
| 1/2 t. salt |
| 1 c. sugar |
| 1/4 c. cocoa |
| 1 c. water |
| 1/3 c. vegetable oil |
| 1 T. vinegar |
| 1 T. vanilla |
| 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened |
| 1 egg |
| 1/2 c. sugar |
| 1/8 t. salt |
| 6 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate mini-morsels |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla; add to dry ingredients, stirring well. Spoon batter into paper-lined miniature muffin pans, filling 1/2 full. Combine cream cheese and next 3 ingredients, stirring well. Stir in chocolate morsels. Spoon about 1 t. cream cheese mixture over chocolate batter. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
