| 1/2 c. flour |
| 1 t. salt |
| 1/4 t. pepper |
| 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
| 1/4 c. butter |
| 1/2 c. apple juice |
| 2 T. lemon juice |
| 1 T. honey |
| 20 oz. can sliced apples, undrained |
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag; shake to mix. Place 2 or 3 pieces of chicken in bag; shake well. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken pieces. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; add chicken breast halves, and cook 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Combine apple juice, lemon juice, and honey; mix well, and pour over chicken. Turn chicken to coat; add sliced apples. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Transfer chicken and apples to serving platter, drizzle pan drippings over top.
