Ambrosia

1/2 c. heavy cream
1 T. sugar
4 oz. sour cream
6 oz. mini marshmallows
1 c. clementine orange segments (approx. 6 clementines)
1 c. chopped fresh pineapple
1 c. freshly grated coconut
1 c. toasted, chopped pecans
1/2 c. drained maraschino cherries

Place cream and sugar into a large bowl, and whip with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks are formed. Add the sour cream and whisk to combine.

Add the marshmallows, orange, pineapple, coconut, pecans, and cherries, and stir to combine.

Transfer to a glass serving bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

Serves 6.
