Alfredo
| 8 oz. cream cheese |
| 3/4 c. parmesan |
| 1/2 c. butter |
| 1/2 c. milk |
Mix and heat.
Notes:
- Good amount for about 8 oz. fettucine and 3 chicken breasts (strips).
- Substituting neufchatel for the cream cheese (or any other similar substitute) and using skim milk helps bring down the fat content without destroying the taste.
